Returns
At Tix Nation, customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To start a return, the customer must contact us and provide the order number and reason for the return. Returns must be approved before the item is sent back.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The customer must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing components.
Return Shipping
Once a return request is approved, customers will receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Return addresses may vary depending on the warehouse or fulfillment partner responsible for the product.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos showing the issue.
After verification, we will arrange either:

a full refund,
at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected once received.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
